HoYeon

South Korean model-turned-actor Hoyeon received global recognition and praise in the wake of the huge successful Netflix original series, Squid Game, in which she played Kan Sae-byeok, popularly known as Player 067. Hoyeon earned an award from the Screen Actors Guild Award in Outstanding Performance by Female Actors on Drama Series. She also earned an Primetime Emmy Award nomination in Outstanding Supporting Actress in Drama Series. Hoyeon is from Myeonmok-dong in Seoul. Hoyeon began her modeling career in 2011 when she was freelancer model and was spotted walking in Seoul Fashion Week. She was part of Seoul's fourth series of Next Top Model and placed in the top tier. The international spotlight came to her in 2016 when she was granted a global exclusive contract by Louis Vuitton. Fendi, Marc Jacobs and Miu Miu have all featured her in advertisements.
